  4. How To Start Your Free Trial Step 1. Register for a free trial at the NBC Learn site: http://www.nbclearn.com/bbmoreinfo Step 2. Download building block, print installation/user guide, and check your email for a trial code. Step 3. Upload building block to a test server, enter trial code in admin panel, configure, and test. Step 4. Notify faculty via email. Step 5. Solicit feedback after 60 and 75 days.

How To Start Your Free Trial Testing (Post-Installation and Configuration): • From Building Block, click “Browse NBC Archives” and watch NBC's Brian Williams and Lester Holt discuss NBC News Archives on Demand in their own words • Browse the subject, test the Cue Card (video), and saving Cue Cards to a playlist. • From Blackboard Course Content area, test adding NBC Archives video. • Notify faculty or instructional technology staff. See example on next page. • Note: Consult user guide for further instructions.

How To Start Your Free Trial Sample email to faculty to solicit feedback Dear Faculty,At the request of the xyz Department, we have created a link in Blackboard to the NBC News Archives on Demand.NBC is providing us with a ninety (90) day free trial of this service which will give you the ability to link your Blackboard sites to NBC videos on a variety of topics.This trial will expire in ninety (90) days. At the end of the trial period, the links you create will remain but only the first fifteen seconds of each video will play.
