Our neighbor is an old man called Jaafar. He was born in 1942. He is the meanest person in the world.
Jaafar is single and he lives in a old house surrounded by dead trees. He wears the same clothes every day. He is always borrowing things from others and never returns them.
Jaafar has a lot of money, nearly 25 million DHS, but he never spends a fils. If someone comes asking for some, he get really upset and sends them away.
No one in the neighborhood likes Jaafar because he’s mean and selfish. I sometimes wonder what will happen to the money when he dies.
