  3. WHAT AM I? POETRY What amI? I live in the cold. I can be a cub or a bear. I eat fish. I have paws. I can be fluffy. What am I? (Polar bear)

I am poem • I am curious and fun • I wonder about dancing unicorns • I hear crunching noises of people eating cookies • I see BIG GIANT COOKIES DIPPED IN A BIG GLASS OF MILK • I want a pretty horse • I am curious and fun • I pretend I am on top of the world • I feel like a BIG GIANT TEDDY BEAR • I touch the clouds • I cry my sister fights with me • I am curious and fun • I understand that people have feelings • I say don’t fight • I dream about people buying cookies • I try to play basketball and get a hoop • I hope I will get all the pretty dresses I want • I am curious and fun

Monster poem • There’s a monster in my bedroom • I saw his purple eyes • They glow in the dark • And give me a surprise • The monster is a big and scary • He is really smelly • He has really curly hair • That grows on his belly • There’s a monster under my bed • He has big long feet • It screams really bad • I think I need to eat
