  2. Why create an IH portfolio? To document your IH learning journey & plot your holistic progress in the humanities! (Teachers will also refer to the IH portfolio when considering awards and HP applications)

What should I include in my portfolio? • Personal statement about IH: your expectations, interests, plans and goals, etc • Interesting work/projects (pertaining to the Humanities) that you have worked on • ACE, projects completed during Humanities sabbaticals and/or fieldtrips • Participation and achievements in Humanities competitions • Exploratory activities you might have completed to further your interests in the Humanities • You should dedicate about 70% of your portfolio to the documentation of non-academic activities. • Reflections on your learning

  4. How can I create a portfolio? • Do create an online portfolio. • You can choose to use googlesite, wikispaces, wix…really, any web resource that you are most comfortable with.
