  3. El año 2000 un grupo de familias y personas sin vivienda propia comienzan a tomarse paulatinamente terrenos en lo alto del Cerro San Roque, en Valparaíso, propiedad Municipal. Así, el lugar fue poblándose de manera desordenada y conformando lo que es actualmente una comunidad con alrededor de 110 habitantes, un total de 28 familias En el año 2002 los habitantes de la Toma del Cerro San Roque, Valparaíso, crean el COMITÉ DE VIVIENDA ALTOS DE SAN ROQUE, con el fin de acceder a la vivienda como una herramienta en la solución a la problemática de la pobreza. EL HABITANTE de ésta toma ha construido su vivienda ENTORNO A UN QUEHACER COMUNITARIO, en la IMPROVISACIÓN DE ELEMENTOS Y MATERIALES QUE CONFORMAN ESPACIOS MÚLTIPLES Y VACÍOS INTERIORES ENTRE SÍ, privados y comunes, integrando en ellos soluciones ecológicas que promueven un desarrollo de vida sustentable ( HUERTA, BAÑO SECO, BIOFILTRO , ETC)

ENCARGO Diseñar y construir un Barrio de vivienda social Sustentable, que considere bajo este enfoque todos los aspectos de la vida comunitaria, tanto en términos urbanísticos (Barrio), arquitectónicos (casas, centros comunitarios), Constructivos (materiales renovables, reciclados, naturales), Energéticos (aplicaciones de tecnologías pertinentes, colectores solares, muros Trombe, aislación, etc), para el “Comité de viviendas Altos de San Roque”, integrado por pobladores de una toma del sector de San Roque, Valparaíso.

  6. N Comuna de Limache Terreno Rural de 1,6 há. Con factibilidad de agua potable de la Cooperativa Los Maitenes para 16 empalmes. LUGAR

  10. DesafíoEspacial: Establecer un diseño de comunidad en un largo muy acentuado (40x400mt) para 17 lotes de 300 mt2 c/U. URBANIZACIÓN.

  13. Desafío: Proyectar un diseño que permita la ampliación de la vivienda de múltiples formas, de manera que éstas puedan variar vernáculamente según cada usuario SIN PERDER EL NÚCLEO ORIGINAL, GENERANDO DOS VIVIENDAS EN SU MÁXIMA EXPRESIÓN. VIVIENDA.
