PERMANENT FEE [Calculated on the full cost to company including all benefits + allowances + perks] R0 per annum - R174 999 per annum 15,0% R175 000 per annum - upwards 20,0% TEMPORARY FEE [When salary is paid directly to a temp candidate by the Client] R25% of gross monthly salary package payable by the employer R350.00 is payable if only 1 day is worked to cover the recruitment process and administration costs Should the temporary employee�s temporary assignment be extended at any time by the Client within 12 months of their completing the original assignment, then it will be treated as an ongoing assignment, whether it will be continuous or a break occurs then the set fee will be charged. TEMP TO PERMANENT FEE [REDUCED RATES] A Permanent placement fee of 13% of full cost to company will be charged.
