  17. The Back of Your Time Card Aug 13 It is crucial that all Banked Hours are accounted for and submitted into Encore correctly. Document on the time card the days the banked hours were used here: The date the banked hours were accumulated (banked from) enter with the description: These hours are entered into Encore as Substitute pay, not regular hours. If you would like further instructions on entering banked hours, contact Dave Roberts at 402-5235 and he will come to your location and give one-on-one input instructions. 19. Tracking Your Hours • You are responsible for filling out a time card every month and giving it to your supervisor. • Write down the exact hours worked on the day actually worked. • You will be paid on the first of each month. • You should always be on time and work your complete shift. • If you are unable to come into work, you must notify the head custodian prior to the beginning of your shift.

  20. Thank You Remember: “Always have a positive, pleasant attitude ~ It is the window in which others portray you and the mirror reflecting those toward you.” Annmarie Sahin Custodial Services • These instructions should have helped you with the time card process. • If you have any further questions, please refer them to your supervisor or location’s secretary. • Good luck in your position and welcome to the Davis School District team!
