  2. Introduction You should eat a healthy diet that consists of tooth-friendly foods and liquids to preserve a healthy oral cavity. The effects of the beverages they consume on their teeth are not understood to most people. The liquids you drink often leave traces that have a strong effect on the teeth, comparable to snacks and foods.

  4. Water Staying hydrated is a convenient way to avoid common oral issues such as cavities, discoloration of teeth. At daily intervals, drinking a sip of water wipes out the unhealthy bacteria and avoids poor breath, dry mouth and other severe dental problems.

  5. Milk Proteins, vitamins and other mineral compounds that help the oral cavity include milk. Vitamin D found in milk helps to restore and reinforce the teeth with enamel remineralization.

  6. Green Tea Green tea is a healthy drink because it is filled with antioxidants and anti-aging ingredients, reducing the likelihood of Alzheimer's disease, reducing diabetes, and much more.

  7. Low Sugar Vegetable juice To keep your mouth clean & safe, it is strongly recommended to eat the juice obtained from the dark green vegetables and leafy greens.

  9. Soft Drinks Soft drinks such as soda and cola are carbonated drinks that are refined and contain excess sugar compounds. Too much intake of those drinks fills the teeth with sugar deposits. This contributes to damage and the enamel erosion.

  10. Wine The alcoholic beverage produced from fermented grapes is extremely acidic. Bear in mind that acidic compounds are effective in damaging the enamel of your teeth.

  11. Energy Drinks Even though energy drinks contain electrolytes to fuel you, they're not safe for your teeth. This is due to certain fluids containing sugar and acidic compounds.
