  3. (Planned) Improvements • Replace the roof on the shack’s covered patio • Misc things • Dirt • Tractor equipment

  4. Budget • League Fees: • TBD when we cost a new roof to the shack’s covered area, GEWA may pay for all or a portion of the new roof. • Around $735-750 per team per league plus a roof assessment, which may be ~$80-100.

  5. Thursdays 4pm – Dark 3/8 – Monday League 3/15 – Tuesday League 3/22 – Wednesday League 3/29 – Any Leagues 4/5 – Makeup, if needed Each Team must perform 2 hours of work per league Scheduled projects TBD Captains/players welcome to propose ideas! Free beverages provided after the work parties! Work Party Schedule

  6. Monday – 11 teams (or 10) Tuesday – 10 teams (or 8) Wednesday – 7 (or 6) teams, each League Co-ed – TBD per night Planned League Structure

  7. League Schedule • Two weeks of practices. • March 26 through April 5th • Regular season begins Monday April 9th • Schedules to be sent out prior to April 1st • Week of July 4th there WILL BE games

  8. Future Meetings and Important Dates • Today 2/28/12 • Deposits due ($100 per team per league) • April 3rd • Final Franchise fees due • April 1st - Rosters due, submitted through website • Week of April 9th or Before 1st game • Waivers submitted to League Commissioner

  9. Future Meetings and Important Dates (cont.) • April 23rd – Final Date to pay Franchise Fees without $50 late fee imposed • April 30th • Last date to pay all Franchise Fees and Penalties without removal from the league
