Ordinance • Ordinance (2nd and 3rd readings) - amending the City Code to provide for certain changes to the purchasing policy, and amending Rule 9 of the "Rules and Regulations for the Government of the City Council" to raise the limit for purchases requiring approval by formal order from $15,000 to $25,000.   8. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - authorizing the execution of a contract of sale with Seth D'Atri for the purchase of 1002-1012 Virginia Avenue for the sum of $30,000 including specific provisions relative to the repair and revitalization of the exterior of the property.

  9. Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - enacting Section 10-35 of the City Code to permit the Comptroller to include fines and abatement costs on real property tax billing statements.

Ordinance • Ordinance (1st reading) - amending the City Code to 1) change the composition of the membership Neighborhood Advisory Commission; 2) provide that it meet bi-monthly with advance public notice; and 3) require that it provide guidance to the City regarding the Neighborhoods Matter Initiative.

Letters, Petitions • Letter from the City Clerk advising that as no petition to referendum was filed within the provided for in Section 82A of the City Charter, Ordinance No. 3731, passed January 29, 2013 to provide for the issuance and sale of $1,700,000 in General Obligation Refunding Bonds to refund bonds used to finance HVAC upgrades at the Memorial Campus Facility, became effective February 28, 2013.

Letters, Petitions • Letter from the City Clerk advising that as no petition to referendum was filed within the provided for in Section 82A of the City Charter, Ordinance No. 3732, passed January 29, 2013 to supplement Ordinance No. 3692 authorizing public financing relative to the Johnson Controls, Inc. Lease Purchase Agreement, became effective February 28, 2013.
