  3. Quality Engineer On-Site: Engineers provide knowledge and experience to improve designs Use data to avoid problems before they begin Check your CMs for staff experience and certifications

  4. First Article Approval: Once first unit is produced, manufacturer inspects it to be sure everything is functioning Goal = quality that can be reproduced in each unit Process is taken on by the manufacturer.

  5. When looking for a PCB manufacturer, be diligent as you search for a Contract Manufacturer that recognizes the importance of quality assurance standards.
