Basic rules of C LIMBING • 1-Use only standardized mountain sports equipment and study instructions for use. • 2-Double-check your knots, harness buckle, belay system and the end of the rope. • 3-Communication prevents misunderstandings, let your partner know when he has to take your weight on the rope. • 3-Respect other climbers and inform them of mistakes and dangers. Stick to climbing bans. • 4-A helmet prevents head injuries in case of falling rocks, if you fall.

  5. What is the objective of climbing? • The overall objective of the climb is to ascend to achieve nearly vertical surfaces, ice, rock or artificial walls built specifically for sports.

  6. What equipment we use is to climb? • Harness- coated belt that ties the rope to the climber's body. • Cat feet - sturdy shoes fitted at the foot • Helmet • Carabiner • Strings

Basic rules of paintball • Always wear appropriate protective mask and never draw close to play areas • Treat every marker as if with balls • Never point a marker to someone without mask protection • Always use "TAPA CANOS" and activate the mechanisms of security marker • Never look directly into the barrel of the marker • Never shoot a bullet at speeds above 300 FPS • Play only in appropriate venues • Never shoot balls-to others' property • Always store the marker in a safe place and no bottle
