  3. El Código of Hamurabi El Codigo de Hamurabi era una lista de 282 leyes que fueron combinadas y escritas en una pared de un pilar de 8 pies en 1280 AD para que vieran toda la gente de fBabilonia.

  4. Cual es la cosa mas famosa sobre Hamurabi? “An eye for an eye.” Si era famosa, pero el código de Hamurabi fue una colección de leyes para seguir con unos castigos fijos para los que no lo siguieran.

Los Desafios de GobernarUno de los problemas que enfrentaba las civiliaciones antiguas era la establecimiento de los leyes cuando la gente empezaban a vivir en comunidades en vez de cazar y recollectar para la comida. El proceso de gobernarnos es duro y hoy en día estamos perfeccionándolo. Nuestras actividades en grupo nos enseña un poco unos problemas que enfrentaran a las civilizaciones antiguas.

  6. ¿Por qué necesitaban leyes la socieded en Babilonia?En grupos más pequeños de cazador-cosechas todos se conocían y se confiaban. Los líderes podían hacer decisiones facilmente. La situación cambió cuando las ciudades más grandes crecían. Unas leyes justas y consistentes eran necesarias.

  13. POD 7 = #2If any one bring an accusation against a man, and the accused go to the river and leap into the river, if he sink in the river his accuser shall take possession of his house. But if the river prove that the accused is not guilty, and he escape unhurt, then he who had brought the accusation shall be put to death, while he who leaped into the river shall take possession of the house that had belonged to his accuser.
