  5. Climate Be vary prepared for a wide range of all the weather conditions. Temperatures may vary with changes in the elevation, every day and evening temperatures may vary by over 30-degrees Fahrenheit.

  6. Did You Know? Zion National Park will celebrate a "Century of Sanctuary" in 2009. Zion was set aside as the Mukuntuweap National Monument by President William Howard Taft on July 31, 1909
