  3. Evaluation of Your First Draft Program Please be on time. Draft should be complete - but not polished. Someone new from each group will evaluate another. Have a plan for your evaluation. Evaluators talk. Designers listen. Web site should be completely on the server. Turn in about one page of directions for me. Also turn in a copy of your diaries to me.
