Symptoms • Yellowing of skin and Eyes • Pain in the abdomen and back • Weight Loss • Tired • Pain in upper abdomen • Darkened urine • Diarrhea • Back Pain
Cause of Pancreatic Cancer • Cause of this disease is a tumor • The size and location, of the tumor depends whether or not it is serious
Frequency or rate of Pancreatic Cancer • 1-5 years Survival rates are 25% and 6% • 80% of people diagnosed with it from 6-10 months • 30% of people diagnosed with this disease are men • African Americans are more likely to get pancreatic cancer
Risk Factors • Some risk factors for getting pancreatic cancer: • Smoking a lot • Long-term diabetes • Hereditary disorders
