  4. Challenges for Schools • Defiance/insubordination • Disruptions • Aggression • Harassment • Property destruction • Disconnect from school

  5. Use of Punishment Alone Increases… • Vandalism • Aggression • Truancy • Dropout • Antisocial behavior • Negative child-adult relationships

Additional comments or suggestions for the PBIS team. • Need to meet to go over past and future concerns and show some progress. • A training with all staff to discuss our goals and expectations. • I think we all do the bets we can. It’s hard to change what students are being taught at home. • Thanks for taking the initiative to make our school a better, happier, and safer place to be. • The same faculty/staff continue to participate in PBIS. How about accountability for others? • Community/Business involevment-USAA, parent volunteers to come and read to students.
