Extract from EC document re. contribution to the research/ training /transfer of knowledge programme expenses • Contribution to the host organisation for the execution ofthe training project (publication of vacant positions, internal jointtraining actions, teaching material, etc) and contribution to the expenses related to the coordination between participants(network meetings, detachment of staff, etc): fixed amount of600 € per researcher month

  2. Example : Richard goes for 6 weeks to NL • The CERN daily subsistence rate for NL : • days 1 to 30 = 394 CHF x 30 ≈ 7400 € • days 31 to 42 = 295 CHF x 12 ≈ 2200 € • Total for 6 weeks in NL ≈ 9600 € • Total EC allocation for Richard = 600 x 18 = 10,800 €
