  2. Incomplete Dominance • Heterozygous phenotype (trait expressed) is somewhere in between the two homozygous phenotypes. • Genes mix • EX: Red rose x White rose = Pink rose

  3. Codominance • Both alleles contribute to the phenotype (traits expressed) • You see both traits • Ex: Zorse Eclyse; Fancy rats; Calico cats

  4. Independent Assortment • Alleles for one trait segregate independently of those for a different trait.
