Leak Check Results for Brazed Body Assembly in Large Tank Photocathode Process

The latest inspection of the brazed body assembly reveals only one leaky pin on the anode side, with the rest performing better than 10^-9, indicating the process is close to optimal. All materials have been loaded for the large tank photocathode process, and we are moving forward to the baking step. The setup includes an 8.66” window on the translation slider with a NiCr electrode in the tank. Additionally, the alkali flange with antimony is positioned in the deposition well, while the alkali well is located at the back of the translation system.
