  2. To find the tool through Partnerlink, choose: Campaigns Simple Security Access Control

  3. NOTICE Log-in options are different for Ingersoll Rand Employees and Channel Partners. If you are an Ingersoll Rand employee: • You will have to register to use the tool and then log-in each time you want to use the tool. If you are a Channel Partner: • When you become an Ingersoll Rand channel partner, you will be setup to use Partnerlink. Once you log-in to Partnerlink, you will be able to go directly into the tool without any additional log-ins. • The difference in the log-in process for employees versus channel partners is due to Ingersoll Rand’s computer network and security.

  4. Network Log-in for Ingersoll Rand Employees Only You may receive a request to re-log-in to the network when you click on the link for the Proposal Estimator Tool. • If you get the pop-up screen shown here, log-in using your network log-in.Username: CORP\<your username>Password: <your password>

  5. Getting Into The Tool Estimator and Specification App Ingersoll Rand employee first time use page. Complete the requested information.

  6. Logging In After you register, you will need to log in. Click “Login” after entering your information.

  7. Choosing What You Want To Do Choosing What You Want To Do This link takes you to your previously created and saved proposals. This link will allow you to enter your company information. Click here to create a new proposal.

  8. Filling In Your Job’s Details Fill in all pertinent job information. NOTE: Once information is completed, choose “Next” to be taken to the “Package Details” page.

  10. Adding Discounts & Labor Rates Fill in these amounts: • Discount you want to offer. • The rate charge for your hourly labor. Click the drop down box to choose the package type needed. As items are chosen, a list of choice options will appear below. Continue to the next screen to see the options for a Single HM Door.

  11. Adding The Items For Your Proposal You can add as many items from the drop down menu as you like. These are the options for a Single HM Door. Check the box(es) by the option(s) you want. Then click “Add to Cart”.

  12. Adding Additional Costs The number of hours will be automatically added. Manually add additional costs for the job. Select the service package if needed.

  13. This is the lower half of the previous page where additional costs can be added. Adding “Other” Costs

  14. The summary page shows the list of products you have selected. NOTE: You can click here to view associated product documents. You have completed the proposal. It’s that simple! You can now download and save the summary in a .pdfformat or email it to your customer. If you would like to see and save the details, choose the “Detailed Summary” tab.

  15. Your detailed summary can also be saved as a .pdffile or emailed. • The detailed summary provides a complete product list of all products quoted and • includes: • Catalog Number • Product Number • Unit Pricing • Discounted Pricing • The detail is segmented by product.
