  1. H1 ETMY coil actuation coefficients Photon calibrator Actuation coeff. x f^2 Official calibration Frequency (Hz) Comparison of Pcal with offical calibration • Still seeing 10-15% discrepancies between Pcals and the offical calibration • Investigating calibration of Pcal output power meas. • Working on estimating other factors in error budgets R. 2. Accurate measurement of Pcal output power • Until now we have used thermal power meters (Ophir or Scientech) • sensitive to ambient temperature – 6% variations between inside/outside pcal box • absolute calibration suspect at 10% level (Scientech vs. Ophir) • Proposal to use thermally-stabilized InGaAs photodetectors with integrating spheres and absolute calibration at NIST (LIGO-T070094-00-W) • Comparison of photon calibrator results with the official calibration LIGO-T070050-00-W • Status of the LIGO Photon Calibrators: February 2007 LIGO-T070026-00-W R.
