JP Morgan Chase Online Sites are currently among the top ranked in the industry Business Need for the project Core Internet Group (CIG) Performance Testing Team has a need of experienced technical consulting to analyze business requirements for performance testing, writing Test plans, test strategy, devise load models, test cases, use cases and test scripts. Business Solution A highly experienced member of Polaris Technical staff (PACE) is assisting CIG Performance Team on a project to project basis providing professional consultation and addressing the business requirements of the project. Business requirement analysis is on an as needed basis for small projects. Continuous support and requirement changes are addressed for larger projects within the CIG Line of Business(LOB) Technical Solution A huge number of technical challenges are addressed during the project timeline. The solution is not limited to implementing best practices for scripting procedures but also improving the processes and standards used for project execution. Script coding standards is adhered to ensure simple maintenance of scripts and portability for future releases.
