  1. Do Now You need to get the following: -Text book (open to 162) -Index card (on top of little orange table) -Yesterday’s chart (to be passed back) -A pen or pencil

  2. Writing Assignment Using yesterday’s chart and information on page 162, draw a conclusion about Matilde’s character. What is she like based on her actions, wants, and conversation with her husband? 1. Determine what characteristic(s) she has. 2. Use quotations from the text to support your answer. 3. Then explain why the quotation supports the characteristic you chose.
