Engaging in STEM: A Comprehensive Staff Development Workshop

This workshop focuses on enhancing STEM education through engaging methodologies. Participants will explore the Engineering Design Process and the 6E's Instructional Model, fostering a deep understanding of integrative STEM philosophies. Activities include a hands-on Compare & Contrast activity utilizing engineering principles and discussions on current STEM initiatives at various sites. Resources for continuous improvement and industry partnerships will be shared. Attendees will reflect on how to effectively implement learned concepts in the classroom, ensuring a practical and impactful experience.
