ERRORS OMMISSIONS INSURANCEProtects you from lawsuits resulting from unintentional mistakesWE CAN PROVIDE THIS COVERAGE TO YOU You can be personally liable to pay damages as a result of unintentional negligence. If you make a mistake or do not perform the duties required by law, you run the risk of causing financial losses to your signers. E&O insurance is professional liability coverage that protects your personal and professional assetsin the event that a signer holds you responsible for a service you provided, or failed to provide, that did not have the expected or promised results. E&O policies cover judgments, settlements and defense costs. There are no deductibles and no repayment of claims up to the coverage limit you select.

Notary Surety BondsProtects the Public from Notary Misconduct A Notary bond protects the public financially from the possibility of that Notary's future negligent mistakes or intentional misconduct. Up to the dollar amount of the bond, the state-licensed surety will reimburse any person financially harmed by the Notary's improper actions, if the Notary is unable to do so. However, the Notary is then required by law to pay back the surety any funds it pays out on his or her behalf.
