The W&RSETA Stakeholder Session 2012 in the Western Cape showcased our commitment to becoming the premier authority in skills development, aimed at exceeding stakeholder expectations. Our mission focuses on nurturing a skilled workforce in the Wholesale and Retail Sector, fostering sustainable socio-economic development. Notable achievements include an 87% submission rate for SMMEs, 100% for Medium & Large businesses, training for 140 unemployed individuals to launch their ventures, and 100 university students completing internships. Collaborations have addressed scarce skills through various initiatives.
