  3. How you get it? Its a stroke at the brainstem. And in some cases its fatal

  4. What happens to the system? Signs and symptoms may include swallowing difficulty, hoarseness, dizziness; nausea, vomiting, quick involuntary eye movements (nystagmus), balance and coordination problems.
