Mastering Dribbling Skills in Kindergarten Physical Education

In this Kindergarten Dribbling Unit, students will learn the essential elements of proper dribbling techniques. The objective is for each child to demonstrate at least two of the six critical steps for effective dribbling during their Physical Education class. These steps include using finger pads, bending knees, keeping the hand on top of the ball, maintaining ball at waist level, looking forward, and keeping elbows close to the body. Mastery of these fundamental skills is crucial for developing coordination and confidence in young athletes.
