  1. For the seat of the bike I am thinking of using the shape as a tackle bag, this is again linking back to the theme of the rugby world cup. The working drawing of the trikethe frame is based on the standard frame only the back of it is wider. I decided to use a trike to link with the theme of the rugby world cup because in rugby usually when a ball carrier carries in the ball two players clear out over him hence the wheels at d back represent the two players cleaning out. As the world cup is in New Zealand I intend to link New Zealand to it by designing the front mud guard as the leaf on the New Zealand crest. As the Irish rugby team are on the verge of making history I think it would be nice to have some link with Irish rugby to the bike so I intend to put a round lamp on the front of the bike and put a 2 alongside it as O2 are the Irish sponsors. To keep in theme with the rugby world cup I am going to try and design the tank in the shape of a rugby on a kicking tee. I will then try and replicate the design on the rugby ball to the one that’s being used in the word cup. For the back mud guards I am going to try and get the effect of them being to hands as if it the two players coming in and cleaning out the ruck.
