  4. Statue of Zeus (Jupiter) at Olympia • fifth century B.C., located in Olympia, Greece • 40-foot high statue in gold and ivory • destroyed in a fire

  5. Temple of Artemis (Diana) at Ephesus • about 350 B.C. • In honor of the goddess Artemis • destroyed by invading Goths in A.D. 262.
