  5. 2014 Changes • CEPI will continue their partnership with Parchment for sending/receiving transcripts • STARR Collection will occur in the Michigan Student Data System (MSDS). • Benefits of moving STARR collection to MSDS: • Same look and feel as the IHE Request for UIC Collection • One contact for customer support • Quicker response for data quality • Field level validation, no longer just file level

Next Steps • CEPI will continue to update documentation and create training materials, etc. – COMPLETE (except FAQs) • BETA testing March 18th through April 3rd. - COMPLETE • STARR Security Agreements due April 11th - COMPLETE • STARR development will continue through April with the collection opening May 19th. – Currently Regression Testing System end-to-end • Data Quality will be run twice during the collection.
