  2. Step 1: go to http://valvetek.unifiedvalve.com Step 2: Click Here for access to your companies Online Service Records.

  3. Enter your Username & Password (Available from your Unified Valve Sales Representative)

  4. This is the first Page of ValveTek® It’s where we start the process All the different ways to search are on the left hand side of the page

  5. Search Page Now you can search Recent Work Orders You can search Individual Valves And all of your Unified Valve Group Inventory

  6. Search Page The system is updated in Real-Time as soon as the order is invoiced You can specify Daily, Weekly or Monthly Updates of any Valves we have done for you. Just click on what search engine you would like to use

  7. Searching PSV Work Orders Search all these different Search Engines for your Work Order The “Branch” search is for all Unified Branches Accelerate your search by using One Branch

  8. Work Order Search If you click on search, it will bring up the most recent work orders done

  9. Work Order Search It Displays Customer Information & has the ability to look at Each Valve on this work order Click and view Test Report or UVL ID # & see the History Page

  12. PSV Valve Search Multiple different Search functions The Wildcard Search Function will display Valves as you type, even with only partial serial numbers

  13. PSV Valve Search Clicking on Search will display the first 500 Valves Click on the UVL ID# & go to the History Pageor Define Your Search

  14. PSV Data Export Search your Valve Data & then export to Many Formats Please contact our IT Department, we can work with you to create a format that suits your Exact Needs.

  15. Email Notifications Enter your Email Address & receive up to date notifications, Daily, Weekly, Monthly on any repairs done.
