Knowledge Center Social Europe has twomainactivities Informing the federations of the non profit sector and the Flemishregionalgovernment, amongothersdepartment of wellfare, public health and family, aboutEuropean Policy Informingandsupportingorganizations (both public and private) in European subventionlinesandprojects- in additionto subsidies of the Flemishgovernment  These activities are alsoexecutedfor the youth care sector

Youth Care and European Policy Again a fragmented landscape • Needfor a European Umbrellaorganization (withparticipation of youngsters!) • Question from different angels in Flanders: organization, administration, federation, flemishministry of wellfare, public health and family • Starting a workinggroup in the frame of ENSA?
