  4. OBMFO Overview We offer full funeral services including: Advice, Assistance and Guidance on burial process. Help the family of the diseased conduct the necessary work. Provide financial assistance if required. Members are helping members in their most difficult times in life We will inform the community of the death news.   18. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS We switched from TD to Bank of Montreal (BMO). We have established a convenient method for paying membership fees and donations. Automatic monthly withdrawal from your bank account. Please fill out our membership form to take advantage of this. This can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. 18

Six Rights Of A Muslim Upon A Muslim • Say As-Salaam Alaykum when meet with Muslims • Accept an invitation from other Muslims • When he sneezes and praises Allah, say to him: `May Allah have mercy on you (Yarhamuk-Allah) • When he seeks counsel, give him good advice • When someone sick, visit him. • When he dies, follow his funeral. • Speaking well of him and seeking forgiveness for him will ease his condition in the grave. • In turn, when you die, others will also feel for you and make du’a sincerely for your forgiveness. OBMFO Current Goal • To raise funds within Bangladeshi Muslim Community: • Pay the $200K (plus HST) for 200 Plots • Pay funeral services including opening/closing the grave • Financial help to deceased family • Bangladeshi Youth Talent Initiatives • Help Bangladesh during natural disasters OBMFO Confidential 29

  30. A Muslim cemetery for the National Capital Region Partnership with Ottawa Muslim Cemetery

Partnership with Ottawa Muslim Cemetery • OBMFO has signed an agreement with Ottawa Muslim Cemetery (OMC) to purchase 200 graves. • This will be for the exclusive use of Bangladeshi Muslims leaving in Ottawa and surrounding area. • This project will be a significant asset for OBMFO members and the community at large. • Our volunteers are collecting donations for this project.
