This case study examines the orthodontic treatment of a 45-year-old woman experiencing progressive crowding in both her upper and lower front teeth. The treatment plan involved increasing the intercanine width of the lower arch to relieve crowding. Initial phases included buccal tipping of the collapsed canines, followed by bonding lower incisors and leveling the dental arches. Ultimately, the midline was corrected in the lower arch. The case highlights successful tooth movement and the achievement of the desired dental alignment.
