SBI Safety Shuttle Program

The SBI Safety Shuttle Program operates from 8 PM to 4 AM seven nights a week, providing transportation for faculty, students, staff, and visitors within a 1.5-mile radius of South Campus. Currently, the program lacks an electronic system leading to inefficiencies, time, and money consumption when organizing data. Our project aims to address these issues through the development of a dedicated website, allowing for better data access, analysis of peak operation hours, and establishment of standardized charges, improving overall service efficiency.

  2. Background • Business Expert – Abigale Marchese • 8 pm- 4 am (Seven Nights a Week) • Transports: Faculty, Students, Staff & Visitors • 1.5 mile radius South Campus to their Destination.

  3. Business Problem • Currently, SBI Safety Shuttle Program does nothave an electronic system • Hard to organize large amount of data • Time & Money consuming ( Inefficiency ) • Struggling to find out a standard charge for students of different department
