FAAMA By-Laws – Corporate “legal document” establishes FAAMA operational processes and regulations 5 Year FAAMA Strategic Plan – created and managed by Regional Directors and establishes organization direction and goals

FAAMA New Leader Training New Leader Training - FAAMA National By-Laws By-Law History Originally adopted in October 2002 Product of months of work, and scores of revision Original document born in Kansas City Bylaw Committee consisted of: Jack Shisler, Glenda Honeycutt, Carey Rolofson, Jimmy Coschignano, and Andy Taylor Committee sent the document to the Board, who made several amendments, but didn’t change the philosophy of the writers

FAAMA New Leader Training New Leader Training - FAAMA National By-Laws Article IV Association Dues Establishes dues structure Currently based at 0.45% for Association dues 25% of dues is rebated to Chapters quarterly Retired members’ dues are currently $150 annually Permits membership from January through December Chapter dues require chapter by-law change Notify Treasurer of any additional chapter dues to be withheld Chapter dues are remitted when the rebate checks are mailed
