Palm Sunday. Truly, this man was a Son of God!. March 20, 2005. First Reading. The Lord is my help. Is 50:4-7. The Lord God has given me a well-trained tongue. To speak to the weary a word that will rouse them. Morning after morning he opens my ears. that I may hear.

  2. First Reading The Lord is my help... Is 50:4-7

  3. The Lord God has given me a well-trained tongue To speak to the weary a word that will rouse them

  4. Morning after morning he opens my ears that I may hear

  5. I have not rebelled have not turned back I gave my back... my cheeks... my face I did not shield

  6. The Lord God is my help I am not disgraced I have set my face like flint

  7. I will not be put to shame

  8. Second Reading Phil 2:6-11 He did not boast

  9. Christ Jesus, though he was in the form of God did not regard equality with God something to be grasped

  10. Rather... he emptied himself taking the form of a slave

  11. coming in human likeness

  12. and found human in appearance... he humbled himself

  13. becoming obedient even to death on a CROSS

  21. 7th. stage Do you want me to set free the KING OF THE JEWS? they had handed him out of envy!

  22. 8th. stage they forced him to carry his Cross

  23. My God, My God, 9th. stage Why have you deserted me?

  24. 10th. stage Pilate was surprised that Jesus should have died so soon
