The base material plastic meets a big part of those requirements. • By using additives the basic properties can be augmented. About us Products Material References Contact Products NITTEL Form-Inliner TM Content NITTEL Form-InlinerTMNITTEL Form-InlinersTM are manufactured from a plastic sheet which is heated up and then fed into a mould. They fit seamlessly into the container and as such, provide optimum lining for filled products which are stirred or pumped out as well as in the use of follower plates. NITTEL Form-InlinersTM guarantee trouble-free removal of residual amounts of the product. Hot filling is obtainable up to 120° Celsius. • Use: • Pails: From 5 to 40 litres • Wide-neck plastic drums: 30, 60, 120 and 150 litres • Steel-plate drums with lid: From 50 to 225 litres • Designs: • Open top • Closed using a disc cap • Closed using a 2“ or 5,5“ flange for filling (Form-Inliner TCTM)

About us Products Material References Contact Products NITTEL round bottom liner Content NITTEL Round Bottom Liners are made from a tubular film and a circular base which is welded by means of a special technique. This technology offers a high tensile strength. The fitted form reduces the formation of folds and pockets which are common with conventional flat bags. This allows for the filled product to be removed easily. • Use: • Pails: From 5 to 40 litres • Wide-neck plastic drums: 30, 60, 120, 150 litres • Steel-plate drums: From 200 to 225 litres • Designs: • Open top, ends turned over the seam • Closed by tying up with clip closure

Clean, dust-free filling and removal is guaranteed through adapted flanges. Use: • FIBC: By welding on vertical excess length, the NITTEL Cubiflex® can be sewn into the FIBC. • Palette cardboard boxes: For easier positioning, a simple corrugated cardboard disc can be stuck to the base of the NITTEL Cubiflex®. About us Products Material References Contact Products NITTEL open-top and top-closed liner Content NITTEL liners for FIBC’s and cardboard boxes are manufactured similar to NITTEL round bottom liners by welding a tube of film to a circular base, and alternatively with an additional circular top welded disc. They are used with containers having a diameter greater than 640mm. • Use: • Cardboard boxes: From 400 to 1,500 litres, diameter from 720 mm to 1,400 mm • FIBC: From 400 to 1,500 litres, diameter from 720 mm to 1,400 mm Designs: • Open-top: For easier positioning, a simple corrugated cardboard disc can be stuck to the base of the liner. It also centres any optional port. • Top-Closed: With filling port which is adjusted to the length and diameter of the filling pipe. Various filling bungs from 1“- 5.5“ are likewise available as well as emptying variants with disc flap valves for partial removal.

It is possible to remove the contents in doses through the discharge port. • NITTEL top-closed liner: Ideal for transporting liquids and viscous products such as glues. A clean way to fill and empty the product is created by adapting the filling and emptying devices.

The flexibility and durability provide a combination which delivers exceptional performance. After the product has been removed, the liner can be disposed off easily. It is no longer necessary to clean the interior of the IBC. • Use: • Steel IBC: From 500 to 1000 litres • Plastic IBC: From 500 to 1000 litres Designs: • Adaptable for all commercial IBCs e.g. Schütz, Mauser or Werit. • With closed base and filling port for pumping out the product • With filling port and discharging port for removing the product through the IBC outlet tap.

They come with steadying ropes, hatch protection cardboard made from strong corrugated cardboard, securing rods made from metal and lateral supports for removing residual amounts made from Corrugated cardboard. NITTEL container liner are suitable for all types of granulated goods e.g. PE, PVC. • Use: • ISO container 20´- 40´ Designs: • With connecting pieces for filling in the upper base for top loaders • With up to 4 filling and discharging connecting pieces for loading and unloading through the back hatch.
