  2. Fall 2013 Skaggs Elementary Chess Program Registration Form Waiver: Participants in the After School Chess Program understand and assume the risk associated with this activity. Therefore, I hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless Enrichment Chess LLC from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages caused by or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Enrichment Chess LLC or otherwise and further agree that if , despite this release, I or anyone else make a claim against Enrichment Chess LLC I will indemnify, save and hold harmless Enrichment Chess LLC from any attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost anyone may incur as a result of such claim.
