The 10th Meeting of the GBIF Participant Node Managers Committee took place from October 3-5, 2009. Key topics included the ambitions for the 2009-2010 work programme, the concept paper on data mobilization strategy planning, and discussions regarding the realities and constraints of data mobilization.
