Graduation Requirements • 24 credits • English I, II, III, IV • Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra 2, 4th Math • Earth/Space Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics • World History, United States History, Economics and American Government • 1.0 Performing/Fine Arts/Practical Arts/Career & Technical Education • .5 Personal Fitness • .5 Physical Education • Take and pass an online course • If you are planning on attending a university you will need 2 years of a foreign language • Community Service Hours – non profit organization • Pass the 10th grade FCAT Reading • Pass Algebra I EOC and take EOC Geometry, Biology and US History • 2.00 unweighted GPA • If you fail the FCAT you will be AUTOMATICALLY PLACED in Intensive Reading and an elective will be taken away.

  5. Important Information • You have until June 6, 2014 to change your schedule • There will be NO SCHEDULE CHANGES made once the school year starts. • You must have your teachers recommend you for next year’s courses. • You and your parent must sign at the bottom of the subject selection sheet.

Recovering Credits You must see your counselor to sign up for Night School in order to make up any courses you have failed You are only allowed to take 2 Night School Classes per school year You can also log on to www.flvs.net and sign up to make up courses you have failed If you do not make up courses you have failed you run the risk of being classified as a 10th grader again It is very important that you check your FINAL report card in order to make up any course(s) you may have failed
