  2. 1. Banana & Oats Smoothie Whisk 2 wholesome pulpy bananas into the mixer and add 2 heaped tsp. of oats. After whisking in, add a full glass of milk or yogurt with a dash of honey or a tbsp. of your favorite jam. Whip up the smoothie for about a minute and voila! All you get is a creamy smoothie, laden with the goodness of milk, oats and fresh fruits. You can also add a handful of nuts for that extra energy spike.   www.iprabhakar.blog.com

  3. 2. Fresh Fruits with Yogurt You don’t have to spend a great time on it. Just layer your bowl with your favorite cereal, laden with freshly chopped seasonal fruits and then top it off with low fat yogurt. It tastes amazingly delicious and is a sumptuous recipe for breakfast. This is a good recipe for those, who swear by their morning bowl of cereal.   www.iprabhakar.blog.com

  4. 3. Masala Idli There’s no better way of using leftover idli’s than using them as masala idlis for next day’s breakfast. Add mustard seeds into a pan with a little oil. Add curry leaves into it, with a pinch of salt, chili powder and turmeric. Add halved idlis and stir fry a little to get the color and the smokiness of the spices. Turn it off and have it with your favorite chutney or just like that. It’s simple and not to mention, healthy.   www.iprabhakar.blog.com
