Main Tasks No priority list • Collective bargaining (on branch level) • Organising new members (-> new areas of labour world) • Strengthening social dialogue (<- participation of workers in all economical and social matters on each level) • Covering the whole labour world and all workers with union’s protection and activities Süd-Ost-Europa-Büro „Arbeitsbeziehungen und Sozialdialog, Belgrad

Structures Do unions have the right structures? • What are the main tasks for the different parts of unions? • Does exist any planning of human resource development? • How is the membership integrated in policy making <- transparency, democracy etc.? • How is membership fee used? • How is expertise organised? • What is the union’s image in society?
