The SIM4RDM kick-off meeting aims to analyze existing interventions to improve research data management skills and support capacity across various countries. By evaluating funding programs and data management policies in member states, the project will identify effective interventions and gaps in current infrastructure. Conducting surveys, workshops, and interviews will gather insights from researchers and institutions. The initiative seeks to boost the skills of researchers in utilizing research data effectively through coordinated efforts and shared practices.
