Retrofit • Identify business process changes that impact the tables, fields or data results • Analyze impact of change • Recode report if necessary (i.e. payroll detail) • Validate upgraded data source – PeopleSoft Reporting Instance • Confirm summary tables & data clone process • Revalidate performance 3

  4. Testing • Priority based on usage and calendar need • Identify defects • Categorize defects (ESUP related, existed prior, feature related) • Rank & prioritize • Develop contingency plan if necessary 4

  5. Access • Reporting Center • One location regardless of tool or pillar • Link off the portal • Finance • Renamed “suite” of reports • Categorized • Reorganized 5
