The Unipreneur Challenge is an innovative scheme designed to foster entrepreneurial skills among students while connecting them with local businesses. Participating students work in groups to develop practical proposals that demonstrate value addition to various organizations. Workshops focus on understanding individual entrepreneurial profiles, teamwork, and presentation skills. Feedback from business stakeholders is overwhelmingly positive, with many students expressing increased confidence and motivation to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. The initiative also resulted in job offers and awards for participants.
