  7. Ceasefire Program • When I did my research on this program I saw a lot of things about their program that are very effective. • Robert Wood Johnson which has supported Ceasefire since 1999 with $10 million in funding. • This program does background checks and drug tests • The members must have have a job and stay with a job. • The program has been found to directly reduce shootings by 16% to 34% in targeted in neighborhoods.

I will be with the juvenile court system to identify who they are. • They have to have weekly group therapy. • It want be like a parole condition its like to see if they like they program or is they learning anything from the program. • I going to monitor them coming with a micro chip. Am going to give each person 10,000 dollars for a business. In order get that $ they have to attend meetings and go to therapy classes.

  10. Continue Make a Change • I will have one police officer, 2 ex criminals who had got there life together, and 2 people who been victims of crime to speak with them. • I want to have it at 20/20 rent it out for a $100 a week to have these group meetings. • The cost of this whole program would be 65,000 dollars for a year work. • I will be getting the money from grants and donation.
