  3. SEBAGAI INVENTORY • Penyedia (inventory) dapat diklasifikasikan sarana dan prasarana transportasi. • Distribusi dari penyediaan ini berhubungan dengan karakter sosial ekonomi penduduk dan kondisi fisik lingkungan alam.

  5. SEBAGAI NETWORK • Jaringan (network) merupakan struktur geometri jaringan jalan • Network mencakup pola sistem transportasi, lokasi persimpangan jalan, terminal, padat dan panjangnya route, mudah tidaknya suatu tempat dicapai dari tempat lainnya, jarak yang ditempuh
